Leadership Behaviour Assessment
Leadership effectiveness is determined by behaviour under responsibility, not by intent.
Leadership roles operate under constant visibility and decision pressure. Expectations, authority and organisational complexity amplify behavioural patterns that are often invisible during interviews or performance reviews.
Organisations typically encounter leadership risk when decision-making slows, authority becomes inconsistent, or team dynamics deteriorate without a clear cause.
These issues are rarely caused by lack of capability. They are behavioural.
The Leadership Behaviour Assessment evaluates behavioural patterns related to:
– decision-making under responsibility
– leadership authority and behavioural presence
– balance between people and task orientation
– execution, perseverance and follow-through
– information processing and judgement
– interpersonal impact within leadership contexts
Behaviour is assessed for suitability, risk and alignment within the specific leadership role.
This assessment is used to support:
– leadership selection and promotion decisions
– succession planning
– evaluation of persistent leadership friction
– decision-making in high-impact leadership appointments
The assessment provides decision support and does not form part of coaching or development programmes.
